MMA or Mixed Martial Arts, as the title suggests combines a range of disciplines to gain necessary skills for competing.
Usually inside a cage, the training generally combines Muay Thai, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Wrestling to give the athlete all the tool to beat their opponent.
MMA is available for those who also want a broad knowledge of all of the arts combined, making it an excellent self-defence discipline.
We encourage students to compete if they wish.
