Combat and Exercise have an excellent team of professional personal training experts specialising in helping their clients achieve their fitness, strength, conditioning and body composition goals in a bespoke semi-private training facility. Their knowledge is not only academic but reinforced by experience.
Additionally, the team has access to 1200 square feet of gym space which is home to a wide range of equipment, including a 45-degree plate loaded Leg Press, Hack Squat, Assisted Pull Up and Dip machine, Lat Pulldown, Smith Machine, Commercial Power Rack, 7-foot Cable Crossover with multi angle adjustment, Quad extension machine, Laying Hamstring Curl, Rubber coated Olympic bumper plates, Concept Rowers, Spin Bikes, Precor Treadmills, Kettlebells and a full set of brand new Raze Dumbbells climbing in increments of 2.5kg up to a huge 55kg!
If that wasn’t enough, there is also another 7500 square feet of space spread over multiple training areas within the Combat and Exercise centre, Boxing ring, Bag station and two fully padded martial arts areas.
